Why Did the Pig Cross the Road?

Well, in Fairfield, Connecticut, apparently they do it to go to Victoria's Secret.

This shot was taken last week by my sister-in-law's sister.  Got that?  Anyway, she reports that the little piggy has quite the stubborn streak and had no interest in crossing the road or continuing their walk at all.  I wonder if PetSmart has pig obedience classes.  They should go.  I mean, how horrible must it be to be out for a stroll with your pig, and it doesn't obey a simple command?  Gah.  I am going to stake out that corner to see if I can observe this duo for myself.  I think there's a little bistro nearby.  Maybe I could talk my Cocktail Corner friends into the field trip.  They're usually game for an adventure and a sip.
And I also have a strong hankering for a BLT.

How funny! They say pigs are smart..I don't know if I could get my heart around a pig. A stubborn disobedient one at that.

I want to walk with one of those giant Galapagos turtles on a leash some day. It might take a couple of hours to go a block but how cool would that be!

Hankering for a BLT? BWAHAHAHA!

Yes, I do believe the solution is to get the Cocktailers together and take up residence at that bistro until you see the dreaded duo. Where do I sign up to join?

As my daughter so wisely said when she was but 4 years old and was relaying a story told to her by my mother, "Pigs are men."

Therefore, that pig can never be trained. And forget about getting him to ask for directions.

Perhaps if we just give that woman a spotlight, she would have what it is she really desires?

Pigs may be smart but they are more stubborn than donkeys, lol.

I wish I lived close by so I could come for cocktails and a pig's view... Not quite like the oinker in Doc Hollywood, but about the same amount of bacon.

Maybe the pig is embarrassed to be seen with the women 'cause she appears to be wearing a Lumberjack Bathrobe.......

When do we leave???

Well that's not a sight you see everyday. Even out in the country! LOL. Wish I lived close enough to you to go hang out and visit and watch for the pigs. Those are also words I never thought I would utter.

This little piggy went to market...
this little piggy went home....

...and this little piggy was drug across the street in broad daylight wearing a harness instead of living on a farm and joyfully wallowing in the mud!

Do a stake out and report back. This'll be great!

My in-laws had a pig they raised in the kitchen because the mother rejected it. Clementine. When they went away, we had to babysit. I mean, she babysat my kids all the time, so why not?

How close was that Bistro? Maybe there's a chef under that plaid.

h'mmm...we have slippers the pig stories, who slept inside on a bed...and where does a whatever weight pig sleep? Wherever he darn well pleases, said the man with the broken leg who stood in the doorway between slippers and his bed.

I hope that woman knows if that pig gets pissed, it'll kill her .. do these people not learn? Did she know about the chimp incident?

Oh my Lord. I just disciplined my dog (aka: yelled my fool head off) because he ate two chicken breasts off the stove that I had prepared for homemade Chicken Noodle soup. If I had a pig and it disobeyed, I would just kill it and fix it for dinner ;0)

A pig in downtown Fairfield? Perhaps they are using the little porkster to sniff out where all their Madoff investments went...

Are there truffles in Fairfield County? If so, where can I buy me some property?

And I thought the people in Jersey were a little weird.
