Today, when I feel tempted to watch MSNBC or glance at the Dow, I am going to rest my eyes upon this treasure instead:
This baby albino dolphin lives with its mother in a small pod of other dolphins in a saltwater lake in Louisiana. But instead of being white, it is a bright, cheery pink. If that doesn't put a smile on your face, then I think you should just get back in bed and pull the covers over your head. Get the whole story here.

Pink is not my favorite color but it looks pretty good on a dolphin. I wonder what in the world turned it pink instead of white?

I guess that must be the Barbie pink 50th Anniversary dolphin to go with Barbie's pink 50th Anniversary yacht moored at Barbie's pink 50th Anniversary house on the Intercoastal waterway.
Who can resist a cheery pink dolphin? I bet any kind of predator would be a little weirded out, too. Jaws would be all "I think that's a dolphin, but it's pink. What is that thing?"
Is that for real? And is it sunburned? Living in Louisiana will do that, you know.
