Wisdom

Last night, The Bird had some insight for me:
If you watch what goes on with The Real Housewives of New Jersey,
it will make you feel so much better about yourself.

Thank you, Baby Bird.

Oh, and by the way, she also wanted me to know that two months from today,
 she will be in college.
gah

She is gonna look so good in Orange and Blue! Take lots of pics while you are here and have a great time.

Those house wives anywhere have nothing compared to you!

She'll have a blast and you'll have a blast visiting her.

I've never watched any of those Real Housewives shows. I'm too wrapped up in The Next Food Network Star. :-)

Maybe that's the draw of most of the reality shows...

How exciting!

She's right -- I feel positively well-adjusted after watching some episodes of reality tv. (Of course, I feel like a slacker after watching "Deadliest Catch.")

Ahhh that bitter/sweet summer before college. I remember it well.

I haven't watched much of the New Jersey Housewives - the New York ones did me in for a while.

Those housewives are insane. The Bird makes a very good point. I do feel much better. Hmph and BHE and The Salesman thought I was high maintenance! They just don't know ;)

I'm still working on that time slower downer too, just so you know. When I get it all perfected, I will be sure to share it with you. :)

Out of the mouths of Cavaliers...

p.s. I admit a morbid curiosity to the NJ show, but I can only stomach about 2 minutes before I realize how (a) fake the whole show is and (b) even more fake those sad women are, in every sense of the word.

Awww, she is so beautiful! My daughter is going to DC for a 10-day conference in July, and I'm already freaking out about it... Don't know what I'll do next year. ;)
