How Charming

That is one well-bred young lady right there. Not. And she should thank her lucky stars. The judge probably saved her life by throwing her sorry self in the big house for 90 days. Maybe she can get cleaned up now. Maybe.

Sheer optimism. Months of rehab haven't helped Lindsey, a couple months in jail probably won't either.
Which makes me sad. It's hard watching someone morph into a trainwreck so publically.

I was so happy when I heard this the last night. She so deserves it. I hope the sentence goes full term instead of her getting out early. I am also glad the judge didn't fall for her crying and excuses. How pitiful. Someone needs to adopt her and raise her correctly!

I seriously doubt that 90 days will help Lindsey, but you never know. Someone needs to slap her upside the head & tell her to grow up.

I thought the same thing when I saw this on the news. Maybe girlfriend will get some help.

I'd like to slap her parents first, then her. GAH!

IF this was actually going to make a difference I would be glad to see her incarcerated and unable to harm herself or others BUT the over crowding of the LA jail system is such that she will get out in less than 30 days ... and house arrest for the balance? Yeah right. Those tears she shed? What an act.

I am hoping this will aid in straightening her out...Lord knows her parents are worthless.

Just a public service announcement, addiction to substances is a disease just like depression and anxiety, they all have code numbers & diagnostic criteria. People from all backgrounds have it no matter how good or bad their parents were. The hallmark symptom=arrogant denial in the face of overwhelming consequences; the prognosis is poor, usually death, institutions or jail. There is no cure, only periods of sobriety at best.

She needs about at least a year in confinement, I believe....
