The Icing on the Cake
I just heard on the news that today is called Blue Monday. Some expert somewhere has decided that out of 365 choices, this is the most depressing day of the year. It also happens to be my birthday. I don't think I am depressed. Fat and old, yes, but not depressed. Yet.

Fat and old???? Hmmm.....let me think about that. I thought about it. I am older than you and I am certainly chubbier than you......does that make ME depressed???? It could and it probably should but it don't!

I'm glad to have a name to Monday--besides your birthday, that is. Happy belated!
I can now go on, knowing that there was a reason I was/am blue. When does blue Monday end? Becaue it sure didn't end on Tuesday.
Is there a happy-yellow Monday, somewhere?
