This-n-That Thursday...

Today's ramblings are courtesy of The Bird who sent me this link. It is sure to put a smile on the face of even the surliest curmudgeon. Here is a sampling of the Karma Cabin:

  • be a role model for a younger person
  • savor life's small moments
  • send a love letter
  • commit to orderliness
  • be gentle in your criticism and encouraging in your praise
  • make Thanksgiving dinner for your in-laws
  • write your resolutions down
  • enjoy your eccentricities and those of other people
  • make a photo calendar to give grandparents for the new year
  • every minute counts
  • don't mistake pleasure for happiness
  • let your upset mind settle
  • the path is reward enough
  • buy a disposable camera for a child about to go on vacation

Wow... don't mistake pleasure for happiness... love it!

And K3 went to Canada without charging her camera battery. It was very sad! I would have liked seeing Canada through her eyes!

Move a thousand miles away from your in-laws is more like it. Other than that, I like your list. :)

Looks almost like the list on "The Bucket List."

Flea - good addition.

This is a wonderful post. I'm printing your list off and putting it in my pocket so I can read it all day. Thanks for the great reminders!

My daughter made a photo calender of her kids and it's our favorite present. Great post!

Yup, I'm with Daryl. Enjoy your eccentricities & those of others. That's my fave. Otherwise, I'd have no friends.

Could there be a better list? I don't think so.
