Handicapped?

Hardly.
Designated parking at St. Paul's on the Green, Norwalk, CT.
All persons who enter this sacred place enter with the promise
that they will be free to be who they are.

Amen to that!I think all handicapped parking signs should have a little halo added...

My niece is wheelchair bound and depends on those spaces. She also deserves a halo.
