High Fives All Around

The Music City Marathon & 1/2
I was there.
The Dude.
He ran the entire 1/2 in those boots.
The Elites...
I was not there.
The Thunderstorm.
I was there.
I did my 1/2.
13.1 miles.
And today?
I am on the sofa with my puppy.
Life is good.

Yay! It feels great to accomplish something like that, doesn't it? You know your Mom is smiling down at you.

So sorry I've not been able to comment much lately but I've been swamped with work & falling asleep in the computer chair sometimes by 9:00 PM.

The Dude made me laugh, especially with that goofy smile. I love seeing characters like that at big events like this.

Congrats on completing the marathon and exceeding your fundraising goal! I'm sure your mother feels all of the love and hope you've given through your honoring her. :)

Sorry, I've been running all around with no time for bloggie visits. And I missed your posts. My running involved driving in my car, however. Congratulations on your 13.1 miles, girl! I am so proud of you.
