Tuesday Text: Parentexting™

The texts where the mother is exposed on Facebook:

Don't you love how concerned she is that we don't have Internet?
I'm thinking it's more about Internet service when she returns...
But I could be wrong.
At any rate, it was a nice diversion.
We didn't discuss the newly posted photos of me.
30-year-old photos...

Have mercy.

My GOD! Where did 30 go?? And so FAST!
You looked adorable.

I am so behind on your blog. I didn't realize the house was up for sale or that you even have moved. Congrats on downsizing! I was so hoping we would get to soon as well but no way now that the grands have moved in with us. But that's OK as well. Wonderful actually.

Now I want to see some pics of this new vacation place.

You are not only beautiful, you are ageless.
As for the internet, I can hear the anxiety in The Bird's text. If you are under 30, you can't survive without oxygen and internet.

I'm not happy with Molly and McGee, those babies need serious cuddling.

Look at you hot mama!

It is so endearing and cute, her concern for your lack of Internet. Sounds like she knows her Mama well.

Without Internet I guess that gives you more time to observe the neighbors?

You and Bird could be twins!! Seriously. Hope the net was fixed...I would be lost w/o internet.

You look exactly the same.

Here you are last summer:

I'm on the other end of that stick...my secret is my facebook page and I'm hoping that my father's friends don't convince him to jump into the fish pond. ;)

Funny how when we don't have internet we go through withdrawls like it's crack, eh? And yet, at some point, we realize there was stuff to do in life to occupy time before the internet came along. :)

I could think of worse pictures... Like pictures of trying to perform cartwheels at age 55.

LOVE these photos. I'm sure no alcohol was involved in any of those shots, esp. the last one. That guy looks like he knows just precisely where the keg is, and how much beer is left.

Please get internet soon, so you can post about those NEIGHBORS.

You haven't changed a bit;) Happy Anniversary!

You're clearly one of those lucky ones to whom people say, and mean "you haven't changed a bit."

Oh what fun! And no internet?!? How have you been watching all your internet babies?

LL Cool Joe said...

No internet!! Does that mean you are actually getting some other things done around the place for a change? :D

Great photos!
