Oh....this is so difficult to do at times...it can be so exciting, liberating and plain ol' fun....but packing can be heat wrenching too. Take care of you during this...smiles.
You had better keep the baby shoes. How did I not know you were downsizing? I suppose that's an easy answer considering the many things I don't know...

You're moving? Where?
I've said this before, but your home is beautiful. I'm sure your next home will be beautiful as well. Moving can be so bittersweet. I hope this doesn't sound dumb, but try to skip the feeling overwhelmed parts & enjoy the process.
You are about to enter another phase of life. Are you ready for the down sizing thing?
Where did you decide on where your next abode should be?
We are thinking of moving to a retirement community in Florida. Haven't told my daughter yet! Yikes...

ohhhh my friend.......WOW!!!!! Seriously...that looks like bubble wrap on steroids!!!!!! HOLY HANNAH!!!! What? I didn't realize you were leaving your beautiful home.....that would be so very hard...I feel bad I have been caught up in my own mess and can't see beyond the tip of my nose.....I need to sort and mostly give away according to all the eyeball rolls I get at my home....you are my idol!!!!!! Our babies' baby shoes are too precious to let them go......and how I would love to be able to turn back the clock....you take care of yourself and remember to use your knees when bending and picking things up...hahahahahaha♥

I moved 21 times. Of course, most of those the military packed for me. I added a few of my own though.
