Low Tolerance Thursday

...Or, a few things I am tired of hearing and thinking about this morning:
  • Brett Favre
  • The 7 super foods
  • The Olympics
  • Oil
  • The weather
  • Hillary
  • Jennifer Anniston
  • Airline fees
  • What's for dinner
  • How rich Oprah is
  • My meno-pot
Maybe it's the dog days of summer.  Maybe it's just me.  Are any of you feeling the same?  Please tell me that I have some company in my little cranky world.

LOL, add Apple and the new iPhone to that list. I'm cranky today too. Must get over it because I'm taking college bound son shopping for college stuff today...

I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. YOUR WHOLE LIST? MINE, TOO!!! You are wonderful. I feel so much better just knowing I'm not alone...

I hear you Mental P Mama. I'm about ready to rip Obama and John McCains heads off myself. And as for 'what's for dinner', well that makes me edgy for sure. I feel cranky just thinking about it. Where's my lil helpers. I can't remember, but I may need them.

Amen! I ranted about the news media and how they should shut up already. I'm seriously thinking about disconnected the cable altogether, but then I'd have to deal with my husband and I don't want to deal with my husband who can't have an ESPN fix.

Solution....uncork another bottle. :)

brad and angelina and those damn twins and politics (and i love politics). i don't want to hear about it for a few days.

AND ... there are SO many annoyances ... makes me cranky to even think about expanding your list.

I took the photo of the Apthorp with my trusty Olympus which I carry everywhere ... seriously I am never w/o it. And I only resort to the iPhone camera when I am confronted with reflections that the Olympus seems incapable of seeing through or past ... or occasionally in low light situations when its easier to use the iPhone than adjust the ISO on the Olympus ... did I mention I am slothlike lazy?

THE ELECTIONS...I am already sick of hearing about it...sick sick sick of it. the bashing is old and I am getting to where I don't even want to vote. I am sick of it!

Could we add the sound of video games or boys fighting over whose turn it is to play? And maybe we could add the sound of a teen-age daughter announcing, "Everyone else gets to ..."

Ditto on Mr. Farve. And the election bashing crap.

I'm apathetic about the twins... meh.

I'm up to here on the political rammifications of the Olympics. Let the games begin!

Hope you feel better, Mama!

...sick of redundant emails. No, I am not going to hell because I didn't forward this to five people! Whatever, because Obama didn't wear his flag pin. Shove your cute puppy and kitten pictures up your ass, you're wasting my time.

I could not agree with you more - especially about Favre.

I'm kindly partial to Bret Farve so him I'm not tired of hearing about but the rest? Ditto, ditto, and ditto again.

Plus the heat. Blah, blah. It's hot. It's hot as blue blazes and around here, it will be for about another two months. This is not news so hush, is what I want to say. Sometimes I do say that back to the TV.

Bret Who? Naps. Naps are in order for one and all. And lemonaide and rocking chairs and feet up on the porch rail. No television for three days.

Now, that's taken care of. Tired of know-it-alls yet?

I'm tired of the Olympics also and they don't start until tomorrow.

I guess I missed it -- what is Jennifer Anniston's problem? Did she get dumped by another hottie? Can't find enough jeans in size 00? Too bad, so sad. Yep, I guess I'm a little cranky, too. :)
xoxo,
Mary
On, and thank you so much for your photo vote -- you are such a sweetie!

I am there with you sista!! WHO on this earth cares about a has been like Brett Favre?? He retired, he got all kinds of attention and now he needs to go somewhere OUT of range of photographers! ARGGGG

Unfortunately we have only scratched the surface of the Olympics. Thank goodness for pay per view and Ipods. LOL

and Jennifer Aniston? see my response about Brett Favre above. ANOTHER has been. Step out of camera range honey, no one cares about you anymore. Friends has been off of the air now for years... move on.

If John McCain says "My friend" one more time I'm going to puke...and then the his fake smile.

I'm in total agreement with you! Oh, and add the Clinton drama to that too...who cares if the campaign?

I'll tell you what's for dinner. Tonight it was pinot grigio. I usually don't drink during the week but today I caved. It was either that or physically hurt my son. I'm looking at your list and putting my sons name on every line. And I was damn cranky, which is not like me.

Egghead said...

Oh well on my cranky days my list is never ending. Better not get me started.

All of that AND I'm tired of BBC messing with the tv schedule. I race home for my indulgence, and it's gone. Just like that. No warning, no completion, just over. They've done it to me three times now. It's like how the stores move shelves around. It's just wrong.
