I always forget you play bridge so each time you mention it, I'm impressed all over again. I've tried it a couple of times (everyone in my family plays and loves it) and decided I'd better stick with spades.
Pretty! I took bridge lessons for two years from "Roberta" - the rock star of the Long Island bridge circuit. It did not help - I always came in last and I always had a great time with my girlfriends. And besides, as Roberta always said: "They will never put you in a nursing home if you play bridge!" Best, Colleen
Sigh. All those thriving hens and chicks. Most of mine have succumbed to the constant rain and humidity. Sadness. But seeing pictures of so many pretty ones? Makes me smile. :-)

Oh - about the Bridge. I don't even know how to play so you may be last but you are still eons ahead of me!
Who had the hydrangea? Dont they beat succulents?
Beautiful...I love this time of year, with all of the flowers...
You may have come in last in the game, but I bet you wouldn't trade the evening for anything! :)

Those hydrangeas are just glorious! Are they always white in your neck of the woods or do you sometimes have deep blue and purple?
Soaked up the visual stuff though.....smiles.
you were distracted by the view--wowzas.
That's not like you. Love the photos, though.
who cares with views like that...
my goodness that was so pretty, and your picture taking skill is pretty darn good too!!!
Holy cow, that's not just a feast, that's an all-you-can eat buffet for the eyes. Absolutely gorgeous.
And I came in second! The flowers in and around Candy's house are just gorgeous! I don't think I've seen a prettier place.
