Love those!!! Hey, I had go go boots. I loved them. I thought I was so cool and grown up in them!
Now, I don't know the story behind those tires, but I can guess. And if I were the guy who left those tires there? I'd take the boots as a sign of aggression at the very least, an all-out threat more likely.
Print out the photo and tape it to the car windshield of the offender. It may put a little hurry in his git-along. ;)
