The Accident

A Martini+A MacBook=Mayhem

It was not pretty.
But not to worry.
We are all back up and running here in Mental Patient Land.
Getting the Mental P Rugrats ready to go back to school.
We just finished our well baby checkups
That just cracks me up to say that.
Maybe because the boy-child has grown another inch and is almost 6'4".
So, um, yeah...well-baby check is funny.
To me.

Well that just proves that you should never drink coffee but only vodka when working on your computer! Thanks for the heads-up!

And those two will always be your babies.

Hi!

Whew. Glad you and the Macbook are okay.

Your babies will always be just that. My son seems to think that when he gets to be taller than I am he can tell me what to do because then he'll be older than me.

Vodka on the keyboard! Glad all was fixed.

When my son reached his senior year of high school, he asked about changing to our family doctor - it was awkward to drive yourself to the pediatrician. I made him wait until after he graduated - it was easier to get into the peds office for a sick visit than our family doc at the time.

Uh oh. We had a laptop spill yesterday - but it was, ahem, milk.

It's really funny when your "well-baby" can drive himself to the Dr. appt.....smiles.
Don't give up on your Mac...it takes a little time, but is well worth it! promise.

boy-child seems a misnomer! He's a tall 'un!

I'm not sure which is more tragic - a spilled martini or a dead computer.

Regardless, glad you're back in the saddle again.

Now, go fix another martini to make up for the one you lost.

I hope no alcohol was abused in this incident. That would have definitely made things worse.

And that should be the last visit with the pediatrician, right? Ours wouldn't see them again after 18. A certain rite of passage...
