Analyze This One....

If it's true that you work out your 'stuff' in you dreams, then I may need more help than I think. Or maybe I should just stop watching Morning Joe.

The Dream:
I was in college.
My car was a stretch limo.
I never turned off the engine.
My roommates were Joe Scarborough and Willie Geist.
I had a crush on Joe.
Our bathroom did not have a door.
The end.

Help! And then tell me yours.

I really need to start writing down my dreams. I swear every morning when I wake up I'll never forget them, and then promptly do.

(If I were you I'd be really worried about that missing bathroom door! This could be a huge symbol of something kind of thing. Just sayin'.)

A high school chum and his new wife owned a salt mine. Something had happened to destroy the rest of the world's supply of salt. So everyone was trying to steal his salt. My sister and I were helping him defend the mine. Weird.

Last night's dream was about asthmagirl giving me her dogs!!! Then I was at an art show. Then I got home and there was big hole in the middle of my living room floor, I was trying to hide it before my husband got home.

I didn't get much sleep last night!

Last night I had no dream. Usually I remember them very vividly but last night nada (that's Spanish for 'nothing'). ;-)

Hmm...can't say that I can be of any help today regarding your dream, other than you want to be close to your children.

I don't recall dreaming last night and I am an avid dreamer. But a few weeks ago, I dreamed I was conducting a memory box class and all of my supplies were in the closet. When I opened the closet, the room was filled with mattresses and box springs. I couldn't get to my supplies. Makes no sense whatsoever!

Tammy, Asthmagirl would never give you her dogs.

I dreamed of insects and woke up to find TOG watching "end of the world" stuff on the science channel! Yikes!

Bathroom doors are a must!

The other night I had a vivid dream about a romantic encounter with a boy I haven't seen since elementary school. He was an unattractive, unpopular, overweight boy. He wasn't much better as a middle-aged man. For some reason I was no longer married and we were hooking up and I was thinking "Is this all there is?"

The memory of this dream came flooding back to me at a high school basketball game when I saw a boy on the team who had hair like my elementary school aged dream boy. It was a yucky feeling. Hate that. When dreams crash on your during real time.

I dreamed something about Matthew McConaughey the other night and have been too embarrassed to admit it. Until now.

Very interesting post.
I usually dream about falling, getting bit by a dog, someone shooting at me or my teeth falling out!! No wonder I have insomnia...who would want to fall asleep!

My dreams are not really dreams. Mostly worries - worry about work, or my kids, or something I'm not doing that I should be doing. A good night's sleep is not something I come by very easily. Especially with the wild bear snoring next to me while I dream about work and worries. Maybe it is a sign I worry to much. Or maybe it is a sign I need a glass of wine before bed.

That sounds pretty good. My teeth fall out and I pee in the aisle of the supermarket. Hopefully i forget most of them because they are so freakin weird! If I analyzed my dreams i would get very self conscious and maybe go admit myself to some insane asylum. So mostly I laugh and move on.

There really is just one answer here. Your dream represents a deep need for chocolate cake. There. I said it. Chocolate cake is the answer to EVERYTHING.

Sadly, I remember my dreams for about 10 minutes after I wake up, then poof! Gone. I'll let you know if I have a good one though, then let you dissect it.

Been missing my dreams. they are sometimes entertaining and I have not been noting them. I love dreams, mine and others. and yesterday I posted a dream fragment I found in those noodles of papers.

I always have the waitress dreams from college. Gah! The water glasses are never full! No matter how hard I try.
