As soon as This Week is over I will de-stress with a walk in the sun to BB&B to replace all hand towels and wash cloths that I had to toss due to MOTHS xoxox

I love the theme! I went for a 10 mile bike ride this morning (that may not seem like much to anyone out there, but it was a BIG deal for me)...how I enjoyed myself! The rest of the world was still sleeping, I guess. My muscles hurt, my lungs feel great; but my soul feels FABULOUS! I saw so much wildlife this morning...

The only way I can avoid stress is to send my partner and 2 kids on a long break a long way away from here.

Then I wouldn't need to hit the bottle. I could sleep more and even go for a nice long run..to the pub.

I was starting to relax until Daryl's comment about the moths, and now my blood pressure is up because insects do that to me, it's their mission in life.

Okay, I'll give up smoking...ha, that easy when you never have! But the exercising bit and the stress bit...well, I'm nothing if not obedient so I'm leaving the house as soon as I finish an email and going for a walk. Thanks for the reminder. It will probably take care of the stress or at least lessen it. Right?
