Sunday Serenity

People  from another planet without flowers would think we must be mad with joy the whole time to have such things about us.

I love flowers!

Give me at sunrise a garden of beautiful flowers where I can walk undisturbed.~Whitman

Oh that is just so beautiful. I wish it was in my backyard with a gardener to take care of them. You are one talented person to come up with all the things you do.

Never heard that quote before, but it got me thinking about what I tell other people about their mountain views or their ocean views. I think how lucky they are to be there. Now I wonder what's near me that a stranger would envy ?

Folks from another planet might find it odd that we derive so much pleasure from viewing the reproductive plumbing of flora.

Wish I was sitting smack dab in the middle of that pic.

It looks so peaceful.

Okay, so in addition to amitting that I'm a Potato Ho, I'm now forced to admit that I'm also a Flower Ho. Especially fresh cut flowers in antique cut glass vases. But to see them growing always delights me too. Thanks for a taste of Sunday Serenity... I like them even in a paper cup. Serve 'em up!

I am a flower addict myself. I take photos of them almost everyday and just can't get enough. Sad but true.

Lovely shot and sentiment!
