I love this pic.

Of course it would look equally adorable, with a wiener perched on top of that wreath!

Is that bird on your door wreath? How perfect is that? You must have cameras going at all times at your house.

What a great shot .. I envy your lens .. I am never able to 'get' a close up of a bird w/o them seeing me or hearing me and flying off..

Alas folks, that is not my front door, but a front door about a mile or so from here. Nor is it my own picture. I had to share it, though. I wish it were mine. I think that is one of the sweetest mamas I have seen all year.

I wish we had some robins nesting around here all I have are loud finches and sparrows nesting in my roses.

if you had not added that it was not your picture, I was going to make some smart remark about how good your lens was to get that picture a mile away. You don't have to confess to EVERYTHING!

Is that a robin? How adorable and serene. He looks so content!

Cool picture, even though it isn't yours. Good words.

Are you seriously hiking the AT? What is up with that???

Great pic - we spend all of spring kicking the robins off of the odd places around here that they decide to try and build a nest. Last week, my husband left a ladder up while he came in for lunch and when he went back out, there was a darn nest on it! An entire acre of woods 20 feet away and they build a nest on top of a ladder!
