Tuesday Text: Parentexting™

It's dinnertime across the miles:
I'm wondering if they ever think of dinners at home...

I'm also wondering if ptomaine poisoning still exists...
Sometimes it's just better not to know.

Brick oven pizza sounds really good about now...but I'm too lazy to drive and get it myself, as well! Love the honesty there!

I hope you're doing okay - been thinking of you! :)

Tell her in about a month there's going to be a brick oven place over in Waynesboro, which is quite the drive but it will be well worth it. A friend of mine owns a restaurant there and he's investing in a brick oven. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

And yes, there is a food law. When I was a kid, much younger than yours are now, I served up blackened sausage to my sisters. Only problem was it was still pink on the inside. I didn't see a problem until my mother ran screaming to the phone and dialed the doctor, swearing we were going to die from eating undercooked pork. The rest of the story involves ipecac, and it's not pretty.

Yes, there is food law.
