I hate hot too. It brings on a "hot flash" which then makes my brain fry which then makes me CRAZY! My heating bills are cut in half since my hysterectomy;)
This is made especially funny to me because I remember your summer picture like this--with those sandals. I don't like COLD feet! Better hot than cold in my book.
Hmmmm...what's that white stuff around your feet? It looks familiar. Ah - yes! Of course it is SNOW! Frozen precipitation isn't a common sight here in Georgia although Doughboy frequently complains about the cool temperature inside the house and says I keep it cold enough to snow. Menopause has been great on our heating bills. 66 degrees feels quite balmy. I think I would actually welcome snow on my feet :)
You have snow? Could you ship some to us here in Virginia? We haven't seen it in years, at least not more than a few flakes.
Also, please put a pair of those shoes in the box, size 9.5. Love them. (Hate hot spells, too. I also hate being cold. There's really no pleasing me. Thank you, hormones.)
I don't get hot feet. Ever. Well, maybe after a 10 mile hike on a 90 degree day. The rest of the year, I have to chip the ice off of them to get them in a sandal!
Haha you got more snow than we did!! You are a brave soul..my feet are never hot enought to venture sandled into the snow~ I had to throw away my sandles, NSLO said they were worn out. I disagreed as they were slightly worn...every day during the summer.
I hate being hot, too. Seems like the older I get, the lower the thermostat goes on the wall. I actually caught my normally-too-hot husband shivering under a blanket on the couch this weekend :-)
I'm dreaming of a white christmas just like the ones I use to know...but sadly not here in HOT AS HELL AZ!!!! I still dig those flip flops...you make me smile and I too would rather be cold than sweating like a stuffed piggie...
I thought of you and some of your posts when I first laid eyes on this;) http://adventuregirlwannabee.blogspot.com/2008/12/i-always-wished-for-bigger-boobs.html

oh my I had to do a double take!!!!! My feet are blocks of ice and that just made them COLDER!
...and I wonder why I can't shake this cold....
I cannot abide hot.
That is such the look, my friend.
I could almost see the steam coming off those "hot" feet in the snow! You are so silly!
I salute your bravery! Perfect juxtaposition. And it's got me counting the days 'til spring.
Um, Wino, it's not even officially Winter yet. Better get those SAD lights fired up....
Those sandals are perfection Lala!

Well hell. I hate being hot, too. But those damn hot flashes never seem to reach my feet... Love your sandals!

Oh what a stylish way to cool one's feet.
Thanks for your visit I don't like hot, hot, but believe me the other day it was soooo cold, I would gave gone for a little hot.
I'd rather be cold than hot but I'd prefer to just right. :-)
It's supposed to snow here today! I'M SO EXCITED!!!

What else were you wearing during this hot flash?
Oh, never mind. I see the black pants or something.
I thought of you and some of your posts when I first laid eyes on this;) http://adventuregirlwannabee.blogspot.com/2008/12/i-always-wished-for-bigger-boobs.html
I'm with you... If my feet are hot, then all of me is hot.
I wear my boots maybe twice a year, if I'm lucky. I just don't do hot!
Suddenly California doesn't sound so bad...
They look cold ... even the flowers on your flops look cold
:-Daryl
I hate hot so much I stick my head in the freezer during the ever so frequent hot flash. Poor toes look cold though.
You nut! I love this LOL and I've always had a special thing for the NC shoes. You did get them on your trip, right? I could be losing it.
Holy crapola, Batman.
