I'm on my way now.I know nothing about cameras, but I know wine.
I will hitch a ride with CBW...the recipe is all gone and I too love wine.Tracey aka (i)post over at 9 acres:20 miles north of nowhere is teaching a beginner's class...she can definitely help ya.There's always PW as well.I am so happy for you...you must have been really good this year.:)Marlene
Hell, I know nothing about cameras and don't drink wine, but I'll hitch a ride with the other two and I'll take down your tree while ya'll play!
Wine yes...Cameras not really.I go for the PHS (push here stupid) as far as digital goes. I am good with 35mm film cameras though...OK call me old fashioned!Enjoy your present!
Happy Day Mama! You are going to love that Camara! And that's a nice lens! If only I lived closer~
OMG!! I so want to be on my way!!!! My plans for the ENTIRE fricken weekend are falling like dominoes. Someone has come down with the flu, someone else is too tired to do Longwood . . . Damn.Basically, you just turn it on and it will start taking pictures!
WOW I am suddenly jealous!!!!! I can't wait to see what pictures you come up with on that baby!!!!! Learn well so next year when I beg for one then you can teach me to use it! :)
Oh you soooo going to love that camera!!! You must have been a REALLY good girl this year???!!!Happy shooting!
I am SO excited for you! Camera's are delightful!
Hooray for your camera! This will open up all kinds of doors for you. If you are looking to use it off of the automatic mode, my class is for you! Registration starts Jan 5th! It is a fun and interactive class where you get lots of personal attention from me. I will email you with more details!
Crud. I thought I had your email address from the comment you left, but I don't. Email me at nineacresphotography @ hotmail.com for more info and I can help you out!
Congratulations Mama! I imagine with the blogging "word of mouth" advertising that the Nikon people didn't suffer an economic downturn this holiday season.
Is that the scary lens too? Have fun with close-ups!
Wow! You must have been a very, very, very good girl! I know nothing about cameras...still learning my Canon, but I know that you did really good. Can I still come?
Wine, oui! Cameras, oui aussi! You are going to love it. I have the basic Nikon D40. Have fun!
I can do wine really well, but I'm not so good at using my zoom lens so I don't know how helpful I would be.
I have NO idea what to do with that. I'm just in it for the wine. See you in half an hour:)Just curious. What favors did you have to promise Santa to score such an awesome gift???
I am no help whatsoever. I can barely work my cheap digital camera. However, if I could I'd be there in a red-hot second to at least try to help, I'd consume all of your wine...
Woohoo! I need to get me one of those! Can't wait to see the photos you will take with it. Peace and Merry Christmas - D
Oh, congrats! And hats off to Santa. Looks like fun time in store.
