- I am loving my new digs in Tennessee.
- Annie was so awesome to come for the drive and help me organize.
- Sweet Dora is getting adjusted to being a southern hound dog now.
- I am discovering how much I have missed the food here.
- I need to step up my cardio. A lot.
- Pimento cheese and barbecue are my momentary obsessions. So, yeah, cardio.
- I like change, but sometimes you need to just stop the busywork and take it all in.
- Today I shall organize my desk. After the appropriate
procrastinationplanning. - I am also going to tackle my shoes. And resolve to stay away from the shoe store.

That orchid looks so beautiful in front of that painting, it's going to be hard to put it in the middle of your table.
Oh, and when I went to the store yesterday, mom asked me to buy the ingredients to make homemade pimento cheese! I'm excited!
(Miss you already! And give that southern hound dog a hug for me.)
Hug Dora .. get the desk organized and as a reward you may buy a pair of shoes! Wishing you were closer already so I could some by and help you unpack/settle in .. xox
I am so happy it is coming together... :) Nice to see this post today!
You found your blog!
shoes just need a neat and happy home and they will multiply on their own..I tell Carl that's the truth and how new ones get in my closet
I'm so glad Annie could come down with you and Dora :)
You sound great!
I agree with Daryl. Sounds like a plan. I usually reward myself with something after I tackle a big chore. Not shoes haha but something!
Oh and a big HOWDY NEIGHBOR!!
Wonderful! We're hoping to see you in the fall.
Glad you are settling in. I forget where in TN? I live on southern tip of IN & drive to Atlanta frequently so go thru TN. Will be doing so in a few weeks. :)
I was wondering if you were okay and settled in. Sounds like you are!
You sound happy. :)
I can't find my desk.
Now you're making me miss you even more. Hugs to Dora Girl.
I have been MIA in the blogging world, but trying to get caught up...you moved to Tennessee? I love Nashville and surrounding area; visited there years ago and loved it! I hope you're settling in; I never realized you were a southern girl at heart!
WONDERUFL!! becareful I got fat out here. Southerners could fry cardboard and it would be delicious. Post some pics of your new digs when you feel like it. Inquiring minds want to know.
Going home is good for your soul. I know first hand... ((hugs))
So, who said you can never go home again! I get so tired trying to organize and clean--my only reward I want is another ay of rest! :) I'd love to move--but loser to my son and his family; unfortunately I am married to one of those "This is where my roots are!" kind of men. Something to be said for roots..also a lot to be said for being nearer grandchildren while they still want to be around you! Enjoy your new home! Hope we get to see pictures of it
I'm so HAPPY 'cause I know you are!!!
xoxo
