Ick, ugh, and yuk. But you sure look nice and healthy ;^)
Not bad, when you consider the alternative;)
So sorry....just keep laying the ground work for me. I learn by example.
At least you go! At 52 and fairly healthy, I figure...all that crap can wait.
wow I am impressed! I think you are the first person I met that actually goes to those things. me not so much... arm falling off? Got a bandaid?
Bone density is a laugh ... colonoscopy well I am still working on scheduling mine, been working on it for over ... well for a long time
I'll take the pokes and prods over the alternative any day:) But you probably deserve dinner out tonight!!
Had my first one this past summer. (More than a few years late.) Colonoscopies are a breeze! And I really do mean that! By the time your arse is exposed you're asleep and totally unaware. Then you wake up in another room all tucked in and cozy.
I am here to tell you that the colonoscopy is so not a big deal. Honest. Good luck! And it's good that you are taking care of all of this.
Bone density test isn't that bad, you just lay on a hard table kind of like and x-ray machine table, with a wedge under your knees. Colonoscopy isn't too bad, the worse part is getting prepared for it. When they actually examine the colon they give you enough of something to relax you, in my case, I don't fight it and I sleep through the whole thing. Then I o home and sleep some more. LOL One of our daughters was awake through the whole procedure talking to the doctor and on the way home, we had to stop at a Bob Evans, she was hungry. So each person is different. Good luck.
Heck of party you're having there girl.....smiles.
You have the arms of a 25-year-old!
Actually, when I turn 50, I would just be happy with some chocolate cake. And candles. :) But you - you go all out! Woot! Woot!
i am a good vampire...bone scan nothing to it... just lay still... colonoscopy no biggie... the prep on the other hand BRUTAL HUGS.
Just reading this post made me feel ill.
bless your ♥.......hey but you have cute arms.....not big and flabby.......just sayin'
Oh crap! Welcome to my world. Where are the big veins I used to have? They must be shrinking.
I hope you treated yourself to something yummy and/or pretty afterward.
You poor baby...but good for you. You feel better knowing you have an all clear. You will feel even better after the colonoscopy. I got a see you in 10 years on mine!<><
Yes I have been going through all of that in the last few weeks as well....but still working on the colonoscopy ummm going on 3 years now. Man it takes a long time to get in there....ha ha!
