Eighteen Years Ago

I won't even go into the details of it all.
Like how my water broke?
In front of my baby brother and his fraternity brother?
Embarrassing?
Much.
But these two babies are the bomb.
Really.
Happy Birthday Emma and Mike.
We all love you more than you could ever know.
And will be with you always.

Do tell that story. We all need to hear about someone else's humiliation. It makes us realize we aren't the only ones who have had embarassing times.

Beautiful children. Is it easier now or then, when they were babies?

They were beautiful babies and they are both great looking adults. They take after the mama.

Still as gorgeous as they were then ... see how they are waving their arms? It was practice for when they fly out of the nest ... but they will stay tethered to your heart and soul and you to theirs forever ..

Happy Birthday Emma & Mike

What I'd give to see a picture of you pregnant!

Happy Birthday to Emma and Mike! Now, you two need to give your Mom some extra attention this year because it's going to be really hard for her at first.... Just in case you haven't yet figured that out.
