A New England Stroll

A few days ago, I went for a walk with Jules.  I had a hard time dragging myself away from my puppies who have made it to People now, thank you very much.   We try to get our cardio in while the weather is still nice, and are pretending that we are training for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot--a 5 mile road race on Thanksgiving morning.  We had a beautiful but overcast day on our walk along The Sound.  Here are some shots I took.  This is my favorite time of year.

Happy Saturday Eve.

Beautiful...I especially love the fourth from the bottom.

Good luck with your pretend training. I'm pretending to THINK about training for a 5K in the spring. I'm also pretending to tell myself that walking is adequate training for a run.

It is beautiful this time of year when the leaves are changing.

Great pictures. How come our leaves in NJ turned colors and fell before your leaves? Not fair!!!

Mental P, those are lovely, even gorgeous! I've been meaning to drop by and say thanks for stopping by before I closed shop.
I will continue to get my dose of your chronicles even though I'm lost in space so to speak.

Puppy cam? Scenic walk? Puppy cam? Scenic walk?
You could have gone either way on this and still have done the right thing.
Your choice did yield some pretty good pictures. Thanks for sharing.

I love living here in New England and this is exactly why. The autumn more than makes up for all the snow we're bound to get slammed with in the very near future! *lol*

Really gorgeous shots.
