Resolution Request

I need some ideas for resolutions that I won't keep can live by. All I can come up with is that 2010 will be a year of no more water retention. Or itching. Anybody?

2010 will be the year of another blog fest and plenty of visits to see fellow bloggers, starting in February.

2010 will also be the year of more hush puppies, fried oysters and deviled eggs. Of course this particular resolution requires Ann Marie, so maybe we need to give her a heads up.

Here's wishing you much less itching and way more hush puppies in the coming year. Happy New Year.

I can't help you. I can't even give up peanut butter...

Maybe you should evaluate your standards for which wines you will no longer drink???

I think you buying that house in Mathews should be on your list of resolutions. Work on that m'kay?
Happy New Year Mama!

I'm currently suffering from a SEVERE case of Food Retention. Perhaps we can work this out together in the coming year;)

Hmmm...ain't got nothing. Brain is too fried from figuring out the whole Mac thing. I think no itching sounds perfect. ;0)

Happy New Year, my friend!

I'm going for the no-self-inflicted-wounds angle for 2010. Like I could actually keep that one, lol. I keep saying I'm going to exercise more & be healthier, but who am I kidding?

I was going to give you some stellar ideas, but then I noticed many comments re: deviled eggs (way better than...oh, look, something shiny!). Then all I could think of was, if I'm going to retain food, I would like it to be deviled eggs, and hush puppies, and fried oysters. And I really wanna try a lobster roll. Or ten.

Apparently, I am of no use to you whatsoever. Sorry. But Happy New Year anyway! :)

Love the cartoon. After all the food from the holidays I think that could very well be me.

how about if you vow to drink more wine this year? Or purchase wine for the pretty bottles and then find ways of displaying them.

Life is too short to make resolutions and then feel guilty for breaking them. My resolution: No More Resolutions!

Happy New Year, and pass the Chardonnay.

I am in no position to give anyone advice on resolutions other than to advise not to tell anyone what they are. I always get sick of hearing "I thought you said you were going to quit (insert vice) that?" Gag!
