LOTS took my comment! Have fun with her, which I'm sure you will. They all love it when mom or dad come to town because you can take them out for a good meal that they can't afford!
Ten minutes! Surely you jest. The mere fact that you are going to Parent's weekend should make you an "uncool" parent. She's already red faced in anticipation of your visit.
What a beauty! Get used to embarrassing your children. It doesn't ever get better....after so many years, I wear it as a badge of honor...a skill that I've perfected!!
oh my what a beautiful bird...I am sure you didn't embarass her, even thoughait makes the kids tough and builds their character. She looks as if she has enough character already.

Isn't that what mothers are for?
I'm voting for two minutes or when you tell someone to say "prunes" for the camera, whichever comes first.
According to the guidebook, mothers are required to embarass their children. It's on page 2, paragraph three.
Safe travels - it's raining pitchforks here.
i would say mission accomplished... with this post lol...have fun and of course be safe!
That baby loves her Momma so much, you could never embarass her!!

Have a safe trip. Give her one kiss for each comment you get today...that should do it!
Travel safe!
It is both your right and privilege to embarass your offspring. Enjoy! Cannot wait to hear all about the trip.
Are you paying the tuition? Then embarrass away.

Safe travels.
Hey - children embarrass their parents while they grow up - turn around is only fair play!
Embarassing your kid is a part of mothering! Have fun!
<><
Hmm...you'll embarass her when you run up to her, arms open and slobbering kisses all over her. That is about 30 seconds! Have fun!
It's called payback time. They get used to it after a while...
Besides, it's our duty.
;-)
I would say that is just about right! Have a blast!
It is your job, your duty, your parental right to embarass the kid-os. Do it! Do it NOW! :)
She is just so pretty!
You two will kick up your heels and have a big time.
But when you embarrass her? Take pictures for us, okay? So we can share in the moment. :-)
Have a safe and happy trip.
I say you will embarrass that child in ... 9 minutes.
Not really.
It seems all my adult daughters say to me now is 'oh mother'.
It is either that or they are acting like my driving is lethal.
Enjoyed visiting-
I love your blog-
Laura
Have fun and try to act cool!
I made it the whole weekend.....
Have a blast. Drive safe and enjoy the bird and the beautiful VA foliage.
It does happen, but thank goodness they live through it. We did. LOL Have a nice time.
Thinking of you this weekend. Hope you have a wonderful time (and that you're feeling much better).
She is adorable. Have a great time. The time will come when they see you differently. Thank Gob.
Hurry home! We miss you!
Know you had a blast!
Hope you enjoyed it, Mama Bird. :)

If you didn't embarrass her, you're fallin' down on the job! Hope you had a beautiful visit, despite coming home to such sad news.
BTW, baby bird is gorgeous...just like her mama!
