A Day in My Life

Mrs. G hosted a fun theme day. Yesterday.
I forgot, so you can see mine today.
A day in my life. In pictures.
Don't be jealous.  Really.
Coffee in Fred and Bessie cup.
I love my Keurig K cup.

The Bird puts on her tiara and goes to school.

Treadmill. See that fan button?
The best feature ever.
Self explanatory.

Laundry. Something new and different.

Work.

More laundry.
Discovered in bowels of son's closet.
Naptime.

Yup.

5 o'clock.

The Queen is tired.
Such a busy day she had what with all the napping.

Mama's treasure chest.
Good night.

I am so loving this challenge - seeing how everyone spends their day.

Thank you for sharing (although, uh, you can keep the HF's for yourself.)
(Please).

I can see that 5 o'clock is the best part of the day! Did I mention that a good friend is majority owner in two liquor stores? That makes for interesting 5 o'clock breaks!

Ok, now I am officially jealous. Of your coffee cup, your treadmill with the stop button, and all that laundry. I already have my own hot flashes and my friends left lots of chardonnay in my frig. So I'm ok in those two departments. Fun post!

I think I will let you keep the hot flashes and laundry! But I'd love to join you for wine!

Ya gotta love five o'clock.

Deduct the part about the treadmill. Toss in some clutter and another load of laundry, then subtract a nap. Sprinkle generously with procrastination and denial. Substitute red for white. Add a splash more red. Go ahead. Another splash. Then one more. You can do it.

This recipe yields the exact same day as yours.

I get very depressed every time I see a picture of your laundry...sights of things to come with raising a son.

I missed my Chardonnay yesterday...guess I have to make up for it today.

I gave that Keurig coffee maker to my sis in law last christmas. They stored it in their basement.
Would it be wrong of me to ask for it back to use it?

I'm exhausted just reading your post. Gotta love those Advil/Tylenol P.M.'s, though.

If I had hair like The Bird, I would wear a tiara every day. I would consider it my birthright.

Thanks for letting us spend a day with you:)

That was a FANTABULOUS post. I must do that one day!

You have the best sense of humor and I do not know what I would do without you in my life!! I definitely would not laugh as much as I do.

I so relate to the laundry and the hotflashes but the wine helps ease the "pain" of both :o)

Bear Naked said...

That is a heck of a laundry problem you have there.
No wonder you NEED white wine.

Bear((( )))

Hmmm...shouldn't that wine photo be moved up AHEAD of the laundry? (Mixing colors with whites? Who cares! Viva la Chardonnay!)

I wanna smooch that POOCH. Seriously, he is all sorts of cute. Well that and I also want to meet you at drink-thirty for that wine.

Laundry? SUCKETH.

this is so much more exciting that my day was.

i spent the entire day as i did yesterday : taking usb keys out of boxes and logging them into a database.

if that was my everyday job, i'd shoot myself.

This was a great post. Thanks for making me feel so normal. Love it. Oh, and I am jealous. My wine doesn't come til 9 at nite. You lucky dog.

Actually, your life looks way more exciting than mine these days, lol. Well, except for the hot flashes... which I still have on a surprise basis, daily.

You will find that after the children are gone, two people still manage to have a ton of laundry. I keep telling hubby he needs to wear the same unders & socks for several days, but he doesn't seem to be budging yet.

cool challenge! I love seeing all of the pics.

I am jealous of the treadmill too...
