Hmmm... Very nice, but why am I unable to concentrate on it when I see that photo of Helen Mirren below... Hey, I'm going to be 61 next month so I think she's fair game... (I've gotta go find out who she is -- you wouldn't have her phone number, would you?) (just kidding, if you couldn't tell)
That is so beautiful! I sure wish we had a beach close to us...well I guess we will when California falls of...JK! That looks soooo relaxing and it would be hard to leave that spot... a little more friendly than your neighbor's yesterday for sure!
If this is a place that you can just nonchalantly visit whenever you want to, just know that I am in-freaking-sanely jealous. I want to be at that beach. Contemplating. And stuff like that :).
I was in the crosstown bus last Friday on the way to my doctor's office and we were sitting in that mess of traffic that exists between 5th and Madison .. and I looked up ... took out my iPhone and took the shot .. in fact I took that one and another of another bldg for another day ... my regular camera gets confused by the glass .. focus gets mucked up...
Daryl--That is so funny because i took today's shot with my iphone too. Annie and I drove through the beach about a month ago, and we both took pictures. She had her camera and was out of the car. My lazy self sat and took it through the windshield, and unbeknownst to me, Annie posted hers today, too!
Love it... I have discovered that the iPhone camera is really good at not having glare or bounce back due to the flash in my 'real' camera ... AND its faboo for taking self portraits because you can stand infront of a mirror to see where you are .. unlike the dumb camera where you have to hope you are pointing at yourself...
Ah a beach shot, my favorite! Loving your blog and like you I add more all the time to my google reader and bookmarks and favorites and...yeah why can't we get paid to do this?

That's beautiful! Wish I was there right now!
I think I just saw this in some parallel universe...
More sky in this one. Looks good.
The lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer.
It has the right feel.
I can imagine myself sitting there looking at that sky - grazing calf or no grazing calf!!
Lovely.
Great SWF post.
