Heartbroken

I AM LOST!!! PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY FIND ME!

My name is Cupid and I am lost.

I am a Blue-headed Pionus Parrot—my body is green and my head is blue.

I was last seen by Schenck’s Island Park in Wilton, CT.

I might be acting shy or scared, but I may answer to “Pretty Bird”, “Hi Mommy”, “Hi Cupid”, or “Woof!”

Lost on May 17

If you have seen or found me, please contact my family to help me get back home!

Oh Mama, I'm so sad for you! I hope Cupid finds his way back home, or someone, somehow returns him!!

And I hope you feel better. Take good care of yourself, okay??

I am so praying you find Cupid - I can't imagine what you're going through now....I once lost my cat and was devastated for four days - and then the cat turned up. I'm holding on to hope for you... :)

Hoping you still feel better though cupid is not on your side. If cupid didn't get his/her way home, I know and hoping that someone might takes care of him/her or someone will return.

Oh...that's just awful news. I'm sure you've put up posters and ads in the newspaper.....but you might try calling the local TV station (sometimes they do put that kind of thing on the air)...tell your mail carrier about Cupid so he/she can be on the lookout ... and you might try to tell the local neighborhood kids to keep an eye out for Cupid....kids really do get around. Oh I hope that little stinker finds his way home. Also-during the day you should keep his cage outdoors (with seed dishes full) and the door open so he can hopefully find his way home. Crossed fingers for Cupid finding you soon.

Oh No! I am so sorry. My heart just hurts for all of you and Cupid. Pionus are such sweet birds. CH and I found a Cockatiel, Jose, about a year ago. He was just a few short blocks from his home. He had made it downtown and was right in front of CH's hometown Police Department. So there are happy endings! I am praying that Cupid gets his feathery butt home to you. We called the hometown animal control and they told us the women who owned him had called to see if anyone had seen a little gray cockatiel. Do you think someone may have spotted him and you could call your local animal control or humane society?
