Spring Break and Augie went to an island. His Mama bought him 50 free texts, and the rest were on him...hence the radio silence:
And The Bird? Much more local. And much more chatty. As you can see, Mama is still trying to eat more nutritious food. Life is excellent.

You positively GLOW with good health ... and that smoothie sounds yum ...
I love the "Alive" text! That Augie makes me giggle:)
Love it!
I could write a book on the text conversations I have with my three college kids. :)
An island with disgusting food! Sounds like some islands I've been to, unfortunately...! :)
Right this very moment, I wish mine was on an island somewhere. Gah.
I'm proud of you :)
That son of yours just cracks me up.
Good for you for continuing on the healthful journey. The fact that you're continuing to eat/drink/ingest this way and feel so good really is compelling.
Nutritious? Sounds delicious!
I am so happy to hear that life is excellent. * smiles *
You go girl! I'll be doing an entire day of allergy testing tomorrow, so I'm hoping to get some heavy reading done. If I don't lose my mind while constantly blowing my nose, it'll be a miracle. Today has been the worst day yet for the nose.
I was very impressed with the SKII Facial Treatment Essence (www.geocities.jp/hongkong_skii/index_e.htm), enough so that I have continued to use the product daily as part of my skin care routine after the test period. It's a luxury purchase to be sure, but this is one of the best products that can really make a significant difference in your skin, and so worth every penny.
I applied the treatment each morning and evening after cleansing my skin and before moisturizer/primer and then makeup. Within just a few days I could see that my skin was much more supple and smooth - particularly in the t-zone. After about two weeks, I loved the beautiful glow my skin had - even without makeup.
