This-n-That Thursday

Aside from water, and an occasional herbal tea, this has been my fuel this week (please take special note of the MPM rating system):
  • Cucumber Juice☝
  • Kale, Collards, Celery, Cumber, Apple Juice☝
  • Almond Nut Milk (Almonds, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt)☞
  • Cantaloupe Soup☝
  • Lemonade (Lemons, ginger, water, agave nectar)☝
  • Kale, Avocado, Cucumber, Basil, Lemon, Hemp Oil Smoothie☝
  • Limeade (Lime, water, agave nectar)☟
  • Kale, Collards, Cucumber, Sunflower Sprouts, Basil, Garlic Smoothie☝
  • Grapefruit Juice☞
  • Carrot Ginger Soup (Carrots, ginger, cayenne)☝
  • Aloe Vera Juice (100% pure aloe vera, peppermint oil, water)☞
I am sipping on my morning lemon/cayenne/warm water, and I feel like a million bucks. Who knew?

And I am off to pick up today's feasts in a bit....

Wowzers! You are brave, but I too would love to try it. All of those concoctions sound really good!

Okay, I take it back; the green sounds pretty good.

You're a brave woman, more power to you. I'm glad it's working! :)

I think I could do this for five days but would have the hardest time with the aloe vera juice...cannot wait to understand more about the introduction of food to chew!

My husband did this to cleanse his system and re-introduce foods one by one to see which he was allergic to. Turned out to be dairy. I went along just to keep him company but found I felt great, too, by the end.

Interesting .. I would have thought lime ade would be refreshing .. some of those other combos dont appeal but maybe they taste better than they sound .. does this mean we need to go to Jamba Juice for lunch on Sunday?

I want to do this, but does that mean no wine OR coffee? That makes me sad...

Good on you! I'm thrilled for you while being in awe of the self discipline this particular regime must require.

So glad you're feeling good/better. Before too long you're going to have all of us drinking our vegetables. Can't wait to hear more details on what you have to do and how it makes you feel. Maybe I need to invest in a juicer.
