This 'n That Thursday

  • It was pert near 70 here yesterday.  "Pert near" means almost for those north of here.
  • In other words, I wonder if I will ever stop sweating.
  • I'm still church shopping, but I went to a beautiful Holiday Healing service last night.
  • Dora got her hair done yesterday.  I get mine tomorrow, if the world doesn't end first.  At least Dora can go out on a high note.
  • I am ready for Christmas.
  • I am also ready for March.
  • What are some good books on iTunes?  I need lots of stimulation for our drive to Connecticut.
  • Wait, Downton Abbey is on the same night as the Alabama/Notre Dame game?  How did that happen?
  • I am writing my first real estate blog post today.  I'm nervous.
  • Below is Dora's report card from her spa day yesterday.  She made the Honor Roll.  But I'm a little concerned that she only got 9's for behavior skills.  We need to have a chat.
  • Happy Friday Eve!  Be careful out there.

I can't wait until APRIL, the end of, because that means I will be running another half with you and Baby Sis. I might see if Middle Sis wants to do it too. We'll see.

Wait. Dora gets a report card?

Doggie report cards . . . I never knew!

Downtown Abby is something I haven't yet caught on to. A friend has the DVDs and I need to borrow them to see what I have been missing!

Happy Friday Eve!

I would like to hang out with Elton John. That must be one heck of a doggie spa. Sadly, I could never take Bailey to a place like that.

Apart from all the wrapping, and a couple of deliveries I'm ready for Christmas too. Kinda ready for it to be over. :D

It's freezing here, but at least there's no snow.

George is jealous of that Woof Club at the spa. Today he had a bath at the pet wash and right now, he's all fluffy from his blow dry.

With this weather, I've had your trip in my thoughts. You & Dora drive safe and you'll have plenty of time for that report card chat.

You'll do wonderful on your blog post :)

Well, I declare...I'm pert near ready for something!

On my last trip to SA I listened to ZOO by James Patterson & really liked it. Looking @ my Kindle, I can tell you I liked:
Presumed Guilty by Tess Gerritsen

Confessions of A Murder Suspect by James Patterson

Liquid Fear by Scott Nicholson

The Litigators by John Grisham

Anything by Carl Hiaasen

All of these will keep you awake & alert.
