This-n-That Thursday

Observations based on three days of gainful employment:
  • The time between 7 and 8 am is the most precious part of the day now.
  • On days when it is raining sideways, take a few minutes of that precious time to pack a lunch.
  • I don't have nearly enough clothes to wear.
  • Office phone systems are different nowadays....
  • I think poor Dora is already used to my absence.
  • When do I go to the grocery store now?
  • Is it possible for your brain to hurt and yet you don't have a headache?
  • Have I mentioned I don't have nearly enough clothes?
  • I am one of the oldest people in my office. I doesn't matter one bit.
  • I don't remember being this fulfilled in a long time.
And now? It's 7:42. I must get much stuff done in the next 18 minutes. Have a great day.

I agree on the special time between 7-8 am. I am so glad that you are happy and fulfilled. Age...what's that?

Rock it, Mama.

So glad you are loving your job....I told you that new clothes would be needed.

My most precious time of the day is between 8-9PM. JBM is in bed and I spend that hour coordinating the next day (quietly).

I don't have to leave my home to go to my place of employment and I don't have nearly enough clothes to wear. So I can't imagine how many you would need to actually leave the house!

Yes, your brain, when exercised with different mechanisms will be sore for awhile.

Your face make take on a new look from smiling too much too!! :)

Mornings are bliss .. I use mine to feed the kits and try to absorb some news .. especially the weather .. I suggest buying some new tops to go with the older pants/skirts ... and my darling, everything else gets done on Saturday ... welcome to my world! I am so happy you have this job!

Yay! So glad you're enjoying it.

Go to the store on the way home from work and forget what you walked in there for because you're so tired. Buy things you don't need because you're starved to death. Eat them on the way home. Arrive home with nothing to show for your trip to the store except a lap full of crumbs. And a burp.
