Annie Check Your Pond!

Got Mallards?
Not only do I have all the goldfinches,
I've got the ducks, too.
Sorry Ann.
Well, not really.
Are there any left in your pond?
Aren't they cute?
Mr. and Mrs. Mallard,
Out for their morning dip.

I love ducks. My pet duck when I was 16 was named Emory. I loved him. Hey, from the looks of it, those ducks have a pretty cushy place to swim. Can I join them?

Is that a pond? Looks like a pool! Damn fancy pond LOL

They are beautiful and I could sit and watch for hours :)

Oh no. A duck war? You don't even have an exit strategy for the GFW yet.

Which one is part of the "axis of evil"?
That male has a dastardly look in his eye!

How cute they are. Lucky you for having them. Do I smell another war starting?

Oh too funny. those are kind of snooty ducks if they want a pool instead of a pond!!! You girls have way too much fun there! enjoy your day...I am sure you will.

Ducks in a pond I wouldn't mind.
We had a heron come to visit our pond last fall and before I knew it, he had taken off with one of our fish in his beak.

Who do ya think ya are? Camella Soprano?

Do they poop in the pool?

You know I would be the only one who'd ask that ...

Yes, Daryl, as a matter of fact they do poop. And I get to clean it! The female was back today. I hope they don't nest on my patio. They are looking a little too cozy for my taste;)

Uh-oh! You all aren't going to be duking out over ducks now?

This made me laugh till I cried. Can I move next to you guys, it sounds fun.

Oh how I laughed because we have had a cat swimming in our pool....not on purpose of course and last summer two geese decided to land and take a leisurely swim. Durned things! I scooped feathers and crap for an hour. Wet goose poop is fun, yes?

Your feathered friends have it made. It looks like you may have opened a bird sanctuary.
