Hey, being seasick is a good way to get sympathy. Or empathy. But lean away from the apathy, those apathetic people tend to be all about them them them.

Not sure it's worth going to such extremes to avoid hot flashes!! ;-)

Seasickness is the worst, because there is just no escape.

good to know...kinda like if you pull a tooth without any meds...the hot flash then would seem unimportant!! have fun!
