Not PC

Seriously, though....
He was Wacko Jacko for years.
Now we are wailing in the streets?
But it does kinda-sorta make me rethink my "eyelift fund."

I am so tired of all of it. There are far more important things going on in the world right now.

Find out who his plastic surgeon was and steer clear!

Mitch Albom wrote a similar piece in the Detroit Free Press this week-end. How quickly we forget and forgive.

Funny how that always seems to happen, right. Glad you were brave enough to say what we're all thinking. :-)

Yeah, the whole MJ thing is beyond ridiculous.

Here is the best line I heard about it: since he was so plastic-y, melt his body and make him into leggos; he can still play with little boys.

I know. BAAADDDDD!

I do feel very sorry for his kids...how screwed up do you think they are?

Let the jokes begin! I'm afraid this will drag on in the news for some time to come. I pray not. I'm sick of listening to it.

I tune it all out. It is a brain drain.

I have too many other things to do and worry about. I do pray for those babies...just one opinion though...the kid's shouldn't go to the grand parent's...look at the screwed up messes they already produced.

One less child molester in the world. *gag*

I didnt care about him when he was alive and I am so over him being dead.

Especially after hearing his father (who abused all his children) say that the BET tribute should have happened when MJ was alive .. AND Al Sharpton .. when there's a camera, there's Al ....

Don't forget Al's sidekick, Jesse Jackson, who is 'advising' the family.
It's just act three of the circus that was Micheal's life.

I'm so beyond done listening this but I don't think the circus is done performing.

Gah....

According to the rerun that was on dateline last night....Michael swears he only had a nose job...the rest of the changes came from him "just changing".

The whole thing is a saddening mess!

A great history-making musician & singer? Yes.

An example of a man to be admired and followed? Emphatically NO.

Does the word ~pedophile~ ring a bell with any of the yahoos wailing his passing? Does the word ~abuser~ ring any bells with the yahoos that gave those kids to that grandfather?

And as usual, the antics of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton leave me irritated. Does the word ~cling-on~ come to mind to anyone else?

And did you hear the family wants world-wide simultaneous memorial services for him. The ego knows no boundaries!

And the exploiters will make millions from his death. Probably more than the World Concerts would have made. Hmmmm.....

Michael who?

Enough already, right?

I'll bet Mark Sanford is thanking his lucky stars.

So over the whole media hype!

I've been over it. Ditto.

Yeah.
I wrote this little post on the actual day it happened.About ANOTHER Michael Jackson that died the same day.

I have a feeling you might agree with me!

I love that cartoon...The other day on my facebook I wrote...I wonder if he woke up in heave as a black or white person and if he liked his old {real} nose....too funny!

No one can debate the fact that he was a phenomenal entertainer. However, his personal life was a mess and no one really knows what took place. We are not to judge. An unhappy or scarred childhood will have far worse consequences than anyone could possibly imagine. Have a little compasion people.

Country Girl said...

It's understandable because it was a surprise and he was still 'young'. He was an icon and extremely talented as an artist. I think I want to hear about him every day and have wailing in the streets for at least another month.

Not.

No kidding. That guy scared me. Of course it is terrible when someone dies young but enough! He seemed awfully tortured - I hope he is relieved of it.

I did like his music. Off the Wall was one of my first albums.*

*Albums were a prehistoric means of listening to recorded music which existed around the time of the T-Rex.

Amazing that the praises of a suspected, tried and settled out of court child molester are being sung.

Ed McMahon, Farah Fawcett and all of the regular people who are up there should bar the door.

(IMHO)

And isn't his Dad just a prize as well?!?

He was one heck of an entertainer, but someone has to explain something to me...

When did Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson become such close friends with Michael Jackson? They need to take Daddy Joe with them and hit the road. It's all about exploition and money for those three.

I heard tonight that the two oldest children aren't Debbie Row's bio kids, and certain not Michael's. So who are their real parents? Same for baby #3....donated sperm and egg and a surrogate! What a sad state of affairs when babies can be produced and bought by the rich and famous, with no biological roots.

He was bizarre but boy, could he move those feet. Still, he was a freak show waiting to self-destruct... It was inevitable. Yet another substance abusing mega-celeb. Sure makes me glad I've got no talent. Whew.

I'm so over all of it!

Funny cartoon though!

I'm over it already, even if I did just get around to writing about it today, because I do genuinely wonder who the Wacko Jacko of the Little Imp's generation will be. Also, having been in the radio and music industry for well over a decade, I saw another side of the industry that somehow made me surprised at the things MJ would do.

Having said all that, and making the comment over at Foolery's about not "getting" all the hysteria...seriously, I don't get it. I don't need to be updated every hour on the bloody hour about the state of his will, or will there be a viewing or not. I don't care. As cold as that might make me sound, I just don't care.

BTW, I know I haven't been by in ages, but wanted to make sure I said HELLO again and let you know that I'm looking forward to meeting you in a couple of weeks. I'm nervous as all get out, but excited as well! That and I'm looking forward to getting out of all this nasty New England rain we've been having for the last month!

I meant, "made me LESS surprised at the things MJ would do..." Oiy! Me and my fingers.

I will say he was an excellent entertainer and his music will be missed. As far as Michael the man, well let's just say I didn't shed a tear about his passing.

What upset me the most about his death in all reality. He died the same day as Farrah. A person who had been fighting cancer and if given more of the spotlight for her cancer fight could possibly raised more money for the cancer foundation. Instead it was over shadowed by a person such as Michael.

Now for a joke: When Farrah got to heaven God told her she had one last wish he would fullfill it for her.
Farrah asked that all the little children be kept safe from harm.
Then poof two hours later Michael died.

You gotta admit it's funny in a demented way. LOL.
