Closet Watch Friday

Just because I had so much fun with this last week, I thought we'd explore another Mental P chronic mess Closet today.  Since I do not want to show any progress, or lack thereof, I may have made in the locating of and organizing of any winter clothes that might still fit me, I decided, we'd venture into the master bathroom today.  Mkay?

This is a little closet that Squazz and I share.
It lives between our two sinks.
In a place like the DMZ.
Here is a various shelf.
My shelf:
Multiple face and hair products.
Some fake tanner.
Some Cold-eze (Good stuff).
I don't think I've used any of them this month.
Important: Do not tell Squazz.
Another of my shelves:
Various face things and cough meds.
Oh, and that blue and white box on the right?
Mama's little helpers.
Plus a full bottle of nail polish remover.
I think I borrowed it from The Bird.
In August.
This is Squazz's shelf.
There is waaaay too much room up there.
He thinks I can't tell because it is the top shelf.
But I have eyes.
And I have some moisturizers I need to put up there.
Important: Don't tell him.
And these?
These are my new magic potions.
I got them went I went into NYC last week with Annie
and we had a wonderful visit with Daryl.
This freeze 24-7?
Botox in a jar.
Come on, aren't you tired of looking at all those skies today?
Show us your closet.
I dare you.

OMG! You would not even believe mine... so I'm not sharing. If mine looked as nice as yours I might share. But, no.

I can share the deepest secrets of my past, my weightloss, but never will I share my closets...

It is a sad state of affairs.

I love looking at other peoples' stuff; it's always so much more interesting than my stuff. I noticed right away that the MPM-stuff-shelves and the Squazz-stuff-shelves appear to have a ratio problem, but that is the way it should be.

More importantly, I need to know more about the Freeze 24-7. And, that Jo Malone perfume? Which variety? I'm looking for new perfume...

More and more, I am realizing I am a pack rat.

Even your medicine cabinet is interesting. I'd like to know mor about that product line in the first looks like stuff for the face. Does it work? Oil of Old Lady just isn't cutting it for me any more, I've got to move to the heavy hitters of wrinkle prevention.

And the Freeze 24/7?? Miracle in a jar!

The cabinet under my sink? I'm afraid to even go there. Hasn't been cleaned out in like 50-eleventy billion years. It's a scary place. I'll save you from having to see it. You're welcome ;-)

Oh Jo Malone .. I used to love her til I fell for Annick Goutard ... and of course the amazing Freeze 24/7 .. the Icicle stuff is just fucking fantastic ... dark circles are fading .. worth every centime!

Our medicine cabinet is mirrored inside and out ... no idea why but it is so I am not taking pix of it even tho its ready for its close up

Just keep in mind that my entire closet shelving collapsed two years ago. We fixed the shelves but never the reason for the collapse. I would show you the closet, but I don't think you would survive. Sorry.

I'm in England where closets don't exist.

ok, I have closets but I am NOT showing them.

What a hilarious take on blogging, Lauren. I will take photos and show our closet. Then you can see how much I am NOT into shoes or fashionable clothes. I have a lot of socks though. Doughboy travels 5 out of 7 days so he doesn't require much room. He has a tiny corner of our closet for his meager stash of shirts. He is given one small drawer in the bathroom. That's it. What am I going to do when he retires???? YIKES! I get very possessive when he encroaches on my territory. Poor guy.

I've never heard of the freeze and go stuff...I'll have to find me some of that!

Seriously....I need more info on the Freeze dried stuff. I mean, I can look it up, but what does it really do. Pictures, before and after please.

And those come yours are so clean? Mine has a few loose bandaids, Qtips and stuff like hydrogen peroxide and Dr. Scholl's stuff...

Me lovee the Jo Malone, and even though I cannot fathom that there could be a scent any better, I will endeavor to look for Daryl's suggestion.

Of course, that would probably mean I would need to go somewhere where there's a Neiman's or Bendel's. Sigh. Such drudgery...
