I Spy Some Lucite

Christopher Columbus isn't the only explorer of note.
Look what MPM has discovered.
Those children look happy, don't they?

A visit to the Pumpkin Patch.
Isn't it special?

Can you imagine having that for a mommy?
The next time my kids tell me I am embarrassing them...
I'm whipping this picture out.

Look, she's carrying a CVS bag. Wonder what she has in there? Could be makeup remover. Maybe more hair color.

Wow. So many different parts of her could put someone's eye out if pointed in the wrong direction -- the breasts, the shoes, the lips!

Oh, the children! Someone save the children!

I hope that woman, whoever she is (who is she, anyway? I sort of recognize her but--surprise--can't place her), enjoys the outings with those kids now because it's not going to be too long before they won't be seen out with her! The kids look so, so...NORMAL. Then there is her. OY.

I have to wonder what the real person under all of that looked like at one time...

How did I know that you would post these photos today? Seriously! I saw them yesterday and thought to myself...should I send this to MPC?

Winetipper has a valid point (or two or three).

Do you think she gets money from the acrylic shoe syndicate every time she wears a pair? She must. What else could explain it?

Those children, my gosh.

Unfortunately, I know a 40+ mom who still shops @ Limited Too. The funny thing was that I went to a picnic where she had a halter shirt put on wrong, the boob holder was bunched over her boobs, and her 17 yr old daughter did not correct her. She was actually joking about her to other girls.
That is sad. But even sadder is that this woman wishes they would take a picture of her.

GROW UP!!!

If I'm going to the pumpkin patch you can bet your butt I'm not wearing heels.

I may be plus sized with streaks of gray in my hair, but I bet my son would be less embarassed to walk with me than with her.

I wonder if she is one of the cast of characters in the upcoming "Real Housewives of New Jersey" because she certainly fits the sterotype. She is from northern NJ, has the NY accent, her house is made of white brick with a fountain in the front yard. Her true hair color is brown black and her her botox provider is on speed dial. The only thing I can't figure out is the trip to CVS - it's so demeaning!

She's clearly stuck in a fashion time-warp. I bet we see her in those shoes for the next 5 to 10 years. Poor thing.....

Let's start a charity. New Shoes for Shauna!

Come on, where's your sympathy .. the woman has only one pair of shoes .. now that's horrible .. I think you need to organize a telethon for her ... really, MPM, you are being very unfeeling here.

I'm with Daryl, here - a telethon is DEFINITELY in order.

Poor woman.

Poor atrophed-calved, dark rooted, frosty-lipped woman.

I'm just waiting for a number to call....

Why is it that I can see Ms. Lucite here and laugh, but when I run into her at CVS and the pumpkin patch, I wish I could look as good?

dlyn said...

I don't know where you live, but around here all the mommies wear lucite shoes to go pumpkin picking.

Bless her heart! I'll bet her children have higher IQs. Just sayin'.

Do you think those shoes make her feet sweat?

brneyedgal967 said...

Her shoes match her plastic lips... and err... other things, probably.

I'm thinking the little one to her right has the beginnings of a headache. I would.

What? I thought Halloween was October 31st. Did it come early this year?

when I first looked at the picture I truly thought she was a life-sized Barbie doll.

Ewwwww.....I agree with Kim. Save the children!

I'm with Daryl... someone should help this woman out... and show her how to dress...

And maybe have a discussion about self esteem and not wearing hooker shoes in public.

Sigh...

You just crack me up!!!

Well I was looking for the woman of whom you all speak - and finally saw her lurking behind those lips.

I was thinking the same thing that alias liz jones said...the kids don't stand a chance to NOT become like their mom...

That's just WRONG! Where will her children be when she breaks her neck at the pumpkin patch? Still, I'll bet those were her most sensible shoes, lol.
