Inviting

Come visit!

And if you don't follow our directions, we will get it all on camera.
Did you have fun?
Is it my hormones, or do you find these signs a bit much?
All of these are from a neighborhood near my house.
I don't think I know any of these people.
I don't want to either.

Wow. I think I'll stay on this side of the signs, thanks!
Hope you're having a wonderful day! maybe a glass wine on the patio later?

YIKES!!! Not sure if I would waste my time taking them a loaf of homemade bread or a plate of cookies to welcome them to the neighborhood...ditto to Asthmagirl...I'd be staying on this side of the fence...

Maybe they are doing something wrong that they don't want anybody to see?

I am NOT am Eminem fan, but what I do like is that until a couple of years ago, he lived right on a main road here in my town. Now he has moved behind a gate but sends his kids to public school. I feel like such a socialist!

When Robert Frost said "fences make good neighbors," I don't think he had No Trespassing signs and security cameras in mind... and whatever happened to a sweet little picket fence with an arched garden gate?

Nothing says welcome like a No Trespassing sign.

Around here, the signs say Posted, No Hunting. Which is definitely not a problem for me.

I see things like this and automatically think "drug dealers". I would be staying on my side of the fence as well.

I'm going to do a post of all the NO signs at the lake. It's ridiculous and not at all inviting. The whole world's going to shit...we need to see more WELCOME signs LOL!

These are beautiful photos of what I can imagine is a very nice place to visit IF you are part of THEM!

I think you and the gang should go over and moon the camera's after a few margaritas (diet permitting of course).

How could you know them...they shut themselves off from the world. Oh well, their loss!

Signs, signs everywhere signs. Remember the song that said
"And the sign said long haired hippie people need not apply" I never was an actual 'hippie' I was a 70's child, but I understood the singers frustration. Maybe those people have been robbed. Looks very uninviting. I don't believe that I'll be coming to call on those folk.

it's when they write you a letter saying "mental p, would you please not ever come to our house," that you have to start worrying...

I'd be tempted to do a little something for all those cameras....

Good night Irene. Looks to me like an excuse to see what's on the other side of those fences.
