Tuesday Text: Parentexting™

The Bird is reporting in from Naples. Not too impressed, but what a difference a day makes:
And we have her brother. Her chatty brother. Not.
And mama? Just plugging along.

The most amazing thing to me is that she actually got through Eat Pray Love... other than that I'm so jealous of her :^) Mikey not so much, just now.

EPL was one of my favorite books! I'm jealous, but thrilled she is there. Augie? Just like mine.

And Mama? You're doing fine :)

Have to agree with Bird's take on Naples - ugh. That's why the Amalfi Coast was invented - to offset the ugliness of Napoli! :)

And boys. Gah.

He's back at school already?

And I felt the same about Rome oh so many eons ago when I visited .. and the same about Capri, even then it was just gorgeous.

Ah the joy of travelling. One minute you seem to be surrounded by beauty the next ugliness!

Hope you are ok?

I want to be that young just for a day! Bright, impressionable, and free of major worries. Sigh, you have it all x2. happy Tuesday to you!

I have missed so much. The kiddos seem to be having a good time (despite the sanitation worker strike!).

Poor Naples in the midst of a long-standing garbage/trash strike. But ah, Capri- glad she's enjoying.

I'm sure she'll find so much beauty that it will totally negate her poor stay in Naples. Fun!

Taking note: Naples bad. Capri good. Because one day I will get there.

Sounds like she'll still find plenty to love about this trip.

Does texting your son ever make you feel like you're in a Skinner box.. just tapping away .. hoping for a reward of a word or two? ;)
