And I am taking some time to remember Dr. Martin Luther King's non violent activism today. Now more than ever.

I love your reminder about reflecting on Dr. King's nonviolent activism.
Seems I'm "restless." Hmm...I just like the Judge Roy Scream!! ;-) And I agree with you re: Dr. King. Although I don't know a lot about him outside of his work, anytime I've ever heard his voice or seen old footage of him, I'm struck by his peaceful demeanor. I've always respected that about him.

I was @ boarding school when Dr. King was killed. It was hard on everyone & lots of crying went down, but those were crazy times. JFK... Bobby... MLK, the war in Viet Nam. And, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
